Like David, we all sin. We were born sinful; it’s unavoidable. It’s how we respond when we are confronted with our sin that makes all the difference. Will we make excuses for ourselves, trying to justify our reasons for transgressing God’s law? Or, will we act like David and simply confess our sins and cling to the forgiveness our God readily offers all who believe in His Son Jesus Christ, who bore our sins on the cross?
