Our God is a God who loves and accepts us, regardless of our past or our current predicaments. When we are feeling like we are down and out, our God lifts us up as if on eagles’ wings. The book of Ruth is a love story. It’s about the love that Ruth had for her mother-in-law, Naomi, about the love that Boaz had for Ruth, but most of all, it’s about the love and acceptance that our God has for all people!
